Returns & Refunds policy

Thank you for shopping small! Because vintage items are unique and often pre-worn, please review my policy carefully before making a purchase. I want you to be obsessed with your vintage piece!

All Sales Final (with Exceptions)
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of vintage clothing, most items are final sale. I do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as fit, sizing issues, or change of mind.

Eligible Refunds
I will gladly offer a refund or store credit if:

  • The item arrives damaged beyond what was described

  • The item is significantly misrepresented (e.g., incorrect size, undisclosed flaws)

Condition & Expectations
Please note that vintage items may show signs of wear consistent with age. Any noticeable flaws are disclosed in the product description and/or photos. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the item’s condition.

Return Request Process
If you believe your item qualifies for a refund:

  1. Contact me within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

  3. Wait for approval before sending the item back

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received

  • Returns must be shipped within 5 days of approval

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was misrepresented

Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges
I cannot offer exchanges due to limited inventory.
